For their November Good Works campaign, the Central Massachusetts Chapter quite literally thought outside the box. Chapter volunteers partnered with Birthday Wishes, Inc., a New England-based charity organization, to assemble and deliver Birthday-In-A-Box packages benefitting homeless children living in shelters within the region. Working together, the team packaged 151 brightly wrapped boxes containing the essentials to host a birthday party as well as gifts for the birthday child. Congratulations, Central Massachusetts Chapter, on a job well done!

I have worked in Product Management on the carrier side for about 6 years now and I love using data to solve problems across the company or just explore our current processes to make efficiencies. Data driven decision making is huge now and I pride myself on the skills necessary to do that. Why are you passionate about working in insurance and/or risk management? Insurance isn't necessarily thought of as a "cool" and "exciting" career option but it certainly can be. I've made so many connections across the field and I love that it's constantly evolving every year. There is always something new up and coming to explore. ......
